State Farm® Lloyds Rate Settlement

State Farm Lloyds reached a settlement with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and the Office of Public Insurance Counsel (OPIC) over previous homeowners' rates on February 27, 2015. State Farm Lloyds believes this settlement allows us to continue to focus on serving our customers.
Customers eligible for a refund check have been identified through State Farm Lloyds records and began receiving refunds starting in September 2015. All checks have been distributed to the last known address of eligible customers and former customers.
