As wintery weather blows across parts of the country, it may be a wise time to take the junk out of your trunk. According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, more than 70 percent of the nation's roads are located in snowy regions, including parts of many southern states. Consider restocking your trunk with items you might need in case of a roadside emergency.
