Success Stories

Krissi Banks

“I used the tuition assistance program for my master’s degree. Honestly, I wouldn’t have done it without the State Farm tuition assistance program. It would have been way too much money for me to handle on top of my student loans from my undergraduate degree. I was able to get my master’s in organization leadership with a concentration in management.” – Krissi Banks, Underwriting Support Services Supervisor

Nickita Williams

“I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Human Resources Management at Capella University. I held out a long time on pursuing a master's simply because I didn't want to acquire additional student loan debt. I'm so very grateful for the State Farm tuition assistance program because it helped me pursue one of my personal goals.” – Nickita Williams, Workforce Management

Jenny Lane

“The State Farm tuition assistance program changed my life. I was working in a para-professional role when my team introduced me to the program. I got started, took my time with classes, and finished my degree, graduating magna cum laude. Within a few months of graduation, I was promoted to a professional-technical role and later to a leadership position. My education gave me the confidence to pursue opportunities that seemed out of reach before earning my degree.” – Jenny Lane, Technology Analyst
