Download

As Hurricane Isaias impacts the Southeast, State Farm is here to help customers and communities affected by the storm. State Farm catastrophe team members are responding, and resources are positioned so teams can move into the hardest-hit areas as soon as conditions allow and it is safe to do so. We are already receiving hundreds of claims from impacted areas, and we expect his number to rise.

Our response brings together catastrophe claim handlers, State Farm agents who live and work in the communities they serve, and employees across the country who can provide additional support. We know storms like this can have a significant impact on families and communities. Our focus is on being ready to help our customers recover when it is safe to begin responding. Digital tools, including online claim reporting, virtual inspection capabilities and electronic payment options, also give customers additional ways to connect with State Farm and discuss their claim.
