]]>Thinking of typical fall colors, shades of red, yellow and brown come to mind. For the last 25 years, breast cancer supporters have added pink to the October palette.

It’s estimated that more than 250,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer each year. And it’s rare to find someone who hasn’t been affected by this disease in some way.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month was established to increase awareness of the disease and to encourage women to be proactive about their health.
