BLOOMINGTON, Ill., (July 17, 2024) — The world’s first “all things gaming” neighborhood is back, completely reimagined with a new look and feel for season 3, set in the futuristic and cyberpunk-inspired Neo City.

The award-winning1  Gamerhood series brings together some of the most recognizable names in streaming and entertainment to be guided by Jake from State Farm as they compete in arena games and video game challenges. The prize? The key to Neo City, and a $100K charitable donation to their team’s designated charity.

“Going into year three of Gamerhood, we’ve upped the ante to deliver something bigger and better for new and returning fans of the show,” said Alyson Griffin, Marketing Vice President for State Farm. “With a completely new design and a massive set, we’re bringing Gamerhood into the future.”

All the excitement can be seen on the State Farm Twitch and YouTube channels every Friday in August at 6 pm ET.

The all-star roster

This year’s lineup expands to nine players competing in teams of three's:

The challenges are bigger, the twists and turns more shocking, and the new neighborhood setting more ambitious. Each week, teams will get access to “Vault Boosts” and “Hacks” to give their team a leg up by hindering their competition or gaining upgrades.

They’ll need all the help they can get. The arena games are built into a nearly 75,000 sq ft state-of-the-art production facility and are sure to test the teams’ mental and physical skills. Video game challenges bring some of today’s most popular games to the forefront of the competition in Neo City.

Tune in and play along

Fans can catch all the action on the State Farm Twitch and State Farm YouTube channels every Friday in August at at 6 pm ET.
