Bloomington, IL, November 19, 2025 — The year will end with welcome news for State Farm auto customers across the Peach state. The company announces its latest rate filing will bring auto rates down another -3% meaning State Farm will have reduced its auto rates overall more than an average of 10% in the last year for Georgia drivers. Our overall reductions since December 2024 amount to more than $400,000,000 in lower total annual premiums for our customers in Georgia (private passenger cars), averaging more than $190 in savings per vehicle.

“We are pleased to help our customers save money by offering increasingly competitive rates, combined with the personalized attention of our local agents and first-rate customer service,” says State Farm Senior Vice President Allyson Watts. “Serving our Georgia customers by offering affordable private passenger auto insurance remains a top priority for State Farm.”

Recent trends involving less costly physical damage claims have allowed State Farm to lower auto rates.

State Farm will continue working to improve the state’s insurance marketplace. As many Georgians still face challenging economic times, we encourage customers who remain cost conscious to contact their agent to discuss any additional steps customers can take to save more.
