In addition to opening in-person Customer Care Sites across the impacted areas, State Farm has donated $1.75 million in disaster relief funding to provide additional support

Our hearts go out to the people whose lives and property have been impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Our greatest concern is for the safety of everyone in the impacted areas. 

At State Farm, we are dedicated to serving our customers in times of need. Our commitment extends beyond just providing insurance coverage. We are here to offer support, guidance and assistance when our customers need us most. To customers impacted by the recent storms, we are here for you. Our dedicated team of professionals is working diligently to process claims and provide customers with assistance during the recovery and rebuilding process.

State Farm has donated $1.75 million to help non-profits continue to provide emergency shelter, food supplies and hygiene items for people in the communities affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. This disaster grant funding will help assist American Red Cross, Convoy of Hope, Midwest Food Bank and Feeding the Carolinas in their Helene and Milton relief efforts. This relief funding helps provide additional immediate support for critical needs as communities recover.
